WARM WEATHER HANDLING
They use real organic dark chocolate that’s free from palm oil, preservatives and stabilisers, which means the chocolates can be a little sensitive to heat. Once your order leaves our facility, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. While we insulate your parcels in warm weather and use quick couriers, delivery is by road and your order can spend time in a truck or overnight in a depot. If you receive your order and the products are a little softer than usual, pop them either in the fridge or in a cool place to let them firm up.
