Crumble Charms use real organic dark chocolate that’s free from palm oil, preservatives and stabilisers, which means our chocolates can be a little sensitive to heat. Once your order leaves our facility, we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit. If products arrive softer than usual, place them in the fridge or a cool spot to firm up. Quality and safety are not affected.
